Concentrix Solar GmbH is a leading manufacturer of concentrator photovoltaic (CPV) power plants based in Freiburg, Germany. The most important target markets for our highly efficient technology are Spain and the U.S. By mid 2008 Concentrix will enter into commercial production of CPV modules in a 25 MW production line. In order to complete the management team, we are looking for the:

Chief Commercial Officer CCO

The Chief Commercial Officer will take a key position in the company to consolidate Concentrix' role as a leading player in the Concentrator Photovoltaics business. The CCO will be in charge of the development of the commercial business, including the responsibility for sales, marketing and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing and business 
  development strategy
• Manage sales and negotiate contracts with market partners
• Create, implement and manage market partner organizations 
  like joint ventures
• Participate in the corporate development and strategic planning
  of the company
• Develop the market in the US and further potential markets
• Manage power plant support services and after sales services 
  in respect to all of CX' power plants

Qualifications:
• Technical degree in electrical engineering, ideally with additional 
  education in economics or business administration
• At least ten years of successful business experience for an 
  internationally-orientated company
• Expertise with sales of power plants or machines in the energy 
  business, experience in the PV business is favourable
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to develop good relationships 
  with clients
• Result-oriented strategic leader with excellent interpersonal, 
  communication and organization skills
• Demonstrated track record of performing under pressure in a 
  dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong command of written and spoken English and German, 
  with Spanish language skills as a plus
• Mobility for frequent international travel
