Your varied tasks
participation in planning and operation of photovoltaic (PV) power fields • planning
and operation of worldwide outdoor test bed installations for module performance
analysis • definition of system
requirements (BOS) • performing PV module reliability tests • coordination
of module tests and complete certifications
according to IEC 61646 and IEC 61730 • compliance support for customers
and R&D • coordination of PV module design improvements • development
of new application-specific cost
optimized PV module designs • support of backend (module encapsulation)
projects
Your convincing profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, physics, material or environmental
science • specialization/postgraduate qualification in renewable
energy technologies preferred • experience in solar product development,
module production or system integration desirable • profound knowledge in
statistics • excellent computer skills
(Excel, database knowledge) • proven track record in project management •
quality management know-how • flexibility, initiative and perseverance •
good analytical skills • team spirit and communication skills • willingness to
travel (10–20 %)
